Bold Southeast Asian flavours take centre stage, from delicate kingfish and grilled tiger prawns to rich beef cheeks mechado and a decadent dessert finale, each dish designed to complement and elevate the notes of its whiskey pairing. Taste a range on their whiskies from the bold Upshot Cask Strength with notes of toasted pecan, toffee, and vanilla, to their unique Upshot Rainbow Corn distilled from locally grown rainbow gem corn.
